Rates for Ex- Delhi & NCR

Chargeable Weight:

Minimum Chargeable weight per docket for Train will be 300 kg.

Minimum Chargeable weight per docket for Air will be 100 kg.

The volume will be converted into weight based on the formula 1cft. = 10kg.

Freight on Value:

The FOV will be 0.5% of the declared value Min. (Rs 300/-).

Docket Charge:

The fixed printed transaction charge will be Rs. 300/- per docket.

Fuel Surcharge:

The fuel surcharge for Train will be 20%.

The Fuel surcharge for Air will be 35%.

TOPAY CHARGES:

There will be a to-pay charge of Rs 300 per docket.

Handling Charge:

Will be Rs. 20/- per package.

VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT:

The consignments will be booked on Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight, whichever is higher. In

case of voluminous consignments, the volumetric weight will be calculated The cubic feet will be

calculated as per following formula: 1cft = 10Kg

In Inches : Length X Breadth X Height / 1728

In Centimeters : Length X Breadth X Height / 27000

Service Tax:

Service tax is charged as per Govt. rules and regulations.

Liability:

Tri Speed’s Liability is limited only to providing Certificate of Fact (COF) in Case of loss, Damage etc.

Payment Terms:

Payment will be made at the time of pick up or before delivery in case of To-pay shipments. Credit

will be given only for To Be Billed customers for business volume of more than One Lac in a month

and credit period is maximum up to 10 days.
